Natalie begin training under director Erin Riley-Carrasco at the age of 6, studying tap, ballet and jazz. She has danced competitively with Dance Unlimited since it's inception and has one various top awards. She also danced in Erin's award winning Rhythm Nation which was selected for Star Search. Natalie has attended numerous master classes locally and in the Los Angeles area. For two years consecutively she was chosen to perform in the Pro Bowl in Hawaii. She also captured the National Title of Miss Teen Headliner at the Headliner’s National Dance competition as well as winning 1st Overall Senior Soloist Regional Grand Champion Sweepstakes Award at the Pacific Coast Talent Competition. Natalie’s competition numbers earned multiple 1st Overall’s at Nationally ranking competitions including Best Choreography, Best Technical Skill, Most Entertaining and Best Showmanship Awards. She is known for her unique style and passion for her art, always going above and beyond to challenge and creatively inspire her students. 
Natalie won the prestigious “Dancer of the Year Award” at Carlsbad High School in both 1996 and 1998. She choreographed for the Carlsbad High School Dance Team, the Lancer Dancers, as well as for Sony entertainment. Natalie has loved being a part of the Dance Unlimited Family for so many years and in 2010 stepped off the dance floor and became the studio’s main office manager. In 2012, Natalie began training and teaching pilates at In The Moment Pilates and Fitin60. She now owns her own fitness business Outside the Box Fitness teaching aerial pilates, POUND, and Aquafloat. Natalie and her husband Joey are the proud parents of their sons Gage, age 14 and Talan 12 years old. Her goal this year is to truly teach our students how to become stronger dancers from the inside out while learning to protect themselves from injury. This is Natalie's 16th year back on staff with Dance Unlimited.
